05751S - We are seeking up to three committed and experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join a Family Medicine clinic in a central hub community in Southcentral Alaska. These are permanent W2 roles within a highly collaborative outpatient setting serving a diverse patient population. Join us in providing high-quality care to an engaged community while enjoying an extraordinary lifestyle in Southcentral Alaska. These positions are in-person, so relocation is required for candidates who do not live in the area.

Provider Details

• Specialty: Family Medicine

• Board Status: Board Certified
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Locum Position Compensation:

• $106.00 hourly rate
• $159.00 overtime hourly rate
• $159.00 holiday hourly rate (limited holidays apply)
• $106.00 hourly travel rate: 2 paid travel days (1 arrival, 1 departure), paid 8 hours each day at the regular hourly rate

Permanent Position Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $120,900.00 to $165,000.00
• Full Pay Range: $120,900.00 to $187,000.00

Shift Details

• Schedule: Full Time - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Average Patient Volume: 12-14 per 8-hour shift
