Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
Scope of Work:
Ped Trauma 1
CHOI Pediatric ENT clinic
Avg 15-20 ppd
Support PDENT team consisting of 2 attending ENT surgeons and 2 PAs
Required procedures: tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, adenoidectomy, Myringotomy with vent tube insertion, Cauterization of the septum, Frenulectomy, Foreign body removal, Abscess drainage, Myringoplasty, Laryngoscopy
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license, IMLC accepted w LOQ, BOC, DEA/CSR,
EMR: Epic
