Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: January 1, 2027
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Start ASAP (Ongoing until permanent placement is hired). Providers could start December 2026 with temporary privileges.
• Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, plus night call and weekend call (1:4 call coverage)
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time coverage, 4 weeks at a time
• Patient Population/Case Load: 100% Adult; Hospital averages 2-4 patients per day; Clinic averages 16-20 patients per day
• Case Mix: 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient
• Certifications: ACLS;DEA controlled Substance Registration Certificate;NPDB Report
• Years of Experience Needed: 2

Additional Details:

• License: An active Ohio state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days
