- Call: On call while in clinic (8a-5p); Night call 5p-8a; Weekend call Fri 5p-Mon 8a
- Patient load: <15 clinic patients/day; 8-10 deliveries/month; C-section rate ~21%; occasional high-risk, mostly low-risk
- Team: 2 OB/GYNs, RN, MA; C-section assist available when on call
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: NM license, BC/BE
