Work Dates Needed: Nov - Feb 2027; potential to extend 
Preferred Schedule: 4/10s (Mon-Thu; 7a-530p) or 5/8s (Mon-Fri; 8a-430p)
Min 2 weeks per month to be considered 
Worksite Setting: Outpatient 
Scope of Work: 
Clinic only, no call no weekend
15 ppd on an 8hr shift / 19-24 ppd on a 10hr shift
Mix of new and established patients
APPs support with own schedule of patients
Typical Cases: General neuro-tremor, migraine, hx of CVA, MS, myasthenia, seizure, Parkinson's, dementia 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, IMLC accepted w/LOQ, DEA, ACLs
EMR: Epic
Pay Rate Preferred: $250/hr
