Shift Details

• Procedures: Focused on rounding on lower-acuity patients in the regular NICU unit. CV surgery cases are referred out for intervention.
• Certifications Needed: Board Certified, BLS, NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program, PALS
• Patient Population/Case Load: 35 patients per shift
• Case Mix: 100% Inpatient Hospital Coverage
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Number of Beds: 52
• EMR in Use: Epic

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Texas state license or an IMLC membership is required.
