• Preferred Schedule: 24 hour pager call
• Worksite Setting: Level III NICU, 22 beds, private rooms
• Scope of Work: ADC: 20, 1,700 annual deliveries, 95% newborn admits, HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia, no cardiac surgery except PDA ligations, no ECMO
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, VA license, BLS, NRP, PALS
