Inpatient consult coverage
Outpatient clinic visits
Scheduled and emergent procedures
Trauma coverage

Clinical Responsibilities
The selected physician will provide comprehensive interventional radiology coverage, including:
General invasive IR procedures
Image-guided biopsies
Kyphoplasty
Port placements
Paracentesis
Thoracentesis
Inpatient and outpatient procedural care
Emergency and trauma-related interventions
Typical Volume
Approximately 9–10 procedures per day
Mix of scheduled outpatient procedures and inpatient consult-driven cases
Support Team
You’ll work alongside a well-established multidisciplinary team, including:
Supervising physicians
Three full-time Advanced Practice Providers
APPs assist with procedures and inpatient consults under physician supervision
Technology
Epic EMR
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist
Active Michigan medical license or IMLC eligibility
ACLS certification
BLS certification
Credentialing
Full credentialing timeline: 30–60 days
Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
