Shift Details

  • Schedule: 2 – 3 weeks per month
• Schedule Details: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
• Procedures: Special focus/experience in prostate, kidney, bladder, and benign hematology cases
• Certifications Needed: DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Years of Experience Needed: 2
• Support Staff: APPs, pharmacists, and nurses
• Patient Population/Case Load: Adults; 15 - 18 patients per day (including 1 - 2 new patients and 2 benign hematology)
• Case Mix: Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital; Setting: Outpatient
• EMR in Use: Epic

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active North Carolina state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
