• Patient Population/Case Load: Adult Hematology & Oncology, rural community setting, average 15 patients/day, 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
• Case Mix: Solid tumor oncology, benign hematology, malignant hematology, infusion & treatment

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: Approximately 90 days, temporary privileges available for clean files
