• Dates: as soon as credentialed – ongoing until perm provider is hired 
• Work Hours: M-F 8a-5p  
• Scope: comprehensive medical care for elderly patients
• Duties: manage chronic illnesses and attend interdisciplinary care team meetings
• Requirements: active NC license, DEA, NC CSR, BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeks
