Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Role includes preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic care in a patient-centered Medical Home setting. Physician will perform exams, order and interpret diagnostic testing, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include prescribing medications, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. MD or DO required, with completion of an approved residency and ability to obtain appropriate medical licensure and clinical privileges.
