• Work Dates Needed:  ASAP start - 3 to 6 months
• Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5pm.   5 days a week 8 hour shifts 
• Worksite Setting: all outpatient 
• Scope of Work:  Teenagers + years of age.  We’re seeking a primary care physician, MAT / addiction experience would be a plus, who can see 18 – 20 patients per day with an 8am-5pm schedule. It’s important our providers understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns including substance use disorder and mental illness.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in Primary Care. 
• 18 -20 patients a day must be seen 
• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Possession of a valid California license as a physician. 
• Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible  in appropriate field.
• Possession of BCLS/CPR certification.
• Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate.
• Covid shot with boosters  (could wave with health later) Is this still a requirement? Preferred but can be waived for right candidate since this is locums role.
