Family Medicine Locum Need - Essex County, New York 

• Work Dates Needed: 11/30/2026 for 6 months 

• Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week 

• Worksite Setting: OP 

• Scope of Work: Primary Care 

• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified MD/DO, 5 years experience in family medicine, active NY license, BLS and DEA 

• EMR: EPIC 

Their primary care teams provide:

• Annual wellness and preventive care

• Chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, asthma, heart disease)

• Women's health services

• Family planning

• Pediatric and adolescent care

• Geriatric care

• Vaccinations and immunizations

• Same-day and acute sick visits

• Referrals to specialty care within the UVM network when needed
