Position Overview

This Emergency Medicine opportunity supports coverage across multiple emergency departments in the Laredo area. The provider will work 12 hour shifts within a physician led model with NP and PA coverage support.

• Site Details

• Coverage model includes 24 hour physician coverage with 12 hour shifts.
• NP and PA coverage varies by site, typically 10 to 12 hour shifts.
• EMR Cerner.
• Annual volumes vary by site, with locations ranging from approximately 9,000 to 26,000 visits per year.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license.
• DEA certification.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Certifications required: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

• Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Current CV with complete work history.
• Active Texas license verification.
• Board certification verification.
• DEA verification.
• Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS documentation.
