Required Qualifications

• MD or DO Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred) OR board certified/board eligible in FM or IM per order requirements Active, unrestricted Florida medical license Active DEA with Florida address Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (trauma-designated sites as applicable)
• Credentialing / Onboarding
• Cross-credentialing required as part of the regional model
