Position Overview
Hospital based CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB casesProvider must be willing to take callProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks; site notes an annual case log requirement for the past two years)

GeneralEndoscopyOrthopedics and joint replacementUrologyOphthalmologyOB and GYNENTRadiology with anesthesia
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana RN licenseIndiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment requiredBLS and ACLS through AHA (and additional certifications as required by the site)Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
