Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage for adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting under a medical direction model.

- Case types: all but OB
- Spinals/epidurals not required
- EMR: Epic
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas license
- Case logs required
- Preferred: 2 years of experience
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing / Onboarding Items
Credentialing timeline: up to 120 days (temporary privileges may be possible for clean files with a complete packet)
Submission package includes schedule request/call availability, requested time off, tentative start date, desired contract length, and travel/expenses details
