Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage under a medical direction model with primary focus in GI and interventional radiology, with operating room support for routine cases as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active Texas license
- BLS required
- No new graduates
- Case logs required
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing / Onboarding Items
Credentialing timeframe: 120 days
Submission package includes schedule request/call availability (if applicable), requested time off, tentative start date, and travel/expenses details (if applicable)
