Schedule
10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Full time coverage required with minimum 4 weeks per month availability. No call. No weekends.

Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage in a medical direction model supporting endoscopy and procedural area coverage. This is an ongoing need with a targeted start date of August 2026 and an estimated assignment duration of approximately 44 weeks.
Clinical Scope
Medical direction model with supervision ratio up to 1 to 4
Endoscopy focused coverage
Charting system: iPro
Responsibilities
include pre anesthesia assessment, discussing anesthetic options and risks, induction, maintenance, emergence, and physiologic monitoring with clinical interventions as needed
Required Qualifications
Current CRNA certification
Active New York license
Ability to work in a medical direction model
Providers must reside more than 60 miles from the site location
Credentialing Estimated privileging timeframe is approximately 90 days
Accelerated privileges may be available for urgent coverage needs
