  • Nuclear Stress Test - Mandatory
  • Treadmill Stress Test - Mandatory
  • Monitors (holter, event monitors) - Mandatory
• Case Mix: Includes TAVR, High risk PCI with Impella or IABP, Watchman, and a full spectrum of diagnostic studies
• Trauma Level: Level 3

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Indiana state license or an IMLC membership is required.
