Location: VA

Schedule

10-hour shifts (required); weeknight/weekend call required

Position Overview

Provide anesthesiology coverage including medical direction and direct case work as needed.

Clinical Scope

Highlights

• Case types: General, Ortho, OB, ENT
• EMR: Epic
• Number of anesthesia rooms: 10
• Medical direction: MD supervision of CRNAs (ratio noted as 1:3 and 1:4)

Required Qualifications

• Board certification or fellowship required
• MD/DO degree from an accredited college of medicine
• Completion of an approved anesthesia residency
• Currently licensed as a physician

Credentialing / Onboarding

Estimated privileging timeframe: 45 days
