Looking for a California Family Medicine locum tenens opportunity with excellent schedule flexibility and the potential for a longer-term assignment?
Health Wise LLC, a full-service physician staffing agency based in Southern California, is recruiting on behalf of a longstanding client partner with an urgent need for a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician in California’s High Desert.
The practice is seeking a physician who can start as early as September 15 or October 1, 2026 for an initial 3-month locum assignment, with the opportunity to extend for up to 12 months. Locum-to-permanent is also available if there is mutual interest.
Opportunity Highlights
Monday–Friday — no weekends
Choose 4×10-hour shifts or 5×8-hour shifts
No call
No OB
No procedures required
Full-time outpatient coverage
