Coverage begins in November 2026, with the opportunity to provide 1–2 weeks of coverage per month on an ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trauma Surgeon seeking consistent, long-term locum tenens work with predictable blocks of coverage. A locum-to-permanent pathway is also available for physicians who may be interested in exploring a permanent opportunity if the fit is right.
Trauma Surgery Locum Opportunity
Arizona

1–2 weeks per month ongoing

Ideal Trauma Surgeon
Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Surgical Critical Care
Experienced in General, Trauma and Acute Care Surgery
Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license OR eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Active DEA
Available to provide approximately 1–2 weeks of coverage per month
Arizona and surrounding-state surgeons within driving distance are especially encouraged to apply
