- Date: ASAP – ongoing
- Schedule: 2 weeks per month, Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p, no call, no weekends
- Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital/ Clinic
- Need coverage at 2 worksites
- 80-100 reads per day
- Modalities: Mammo, CT, MRI, NM, Radiographs, Ultrasound, procedures (1-2)
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: WI license or IMLC, BC/BE with MQSA Cert.
- Credentialing: 30 days with clean background, 60-90 days for others
