Position Overview
Provide primary care services including proactive care, early intervention, chronic disease management, long term wellness, and patient education
Treat patients ages 2 and up
Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teammates and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state (Missouri)
National certification as an FNP
DEA registration
Experience treating patients age 2 and up
Strong HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Ability to pass on site credentialing
Two or more years of primary care experience preferred
Missouri collaborative requirement: NP or PA must provide their own collaborative physician arrangement if required. Please include the collaborating physician name in the presentation notes.
