Medstaff is proud to assist with a Permanent Family Medicine opening in the vibrant community of Gardner, MA. Nestled in the heart of New England, Gardner offers a charming blend of historical beauty and modern amenities, making it an ideal place to live and work.
We are seeking a dynamic Board Certified Family Medicine physician or a new grad eager to sit for the boards. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted MA license, DEA, and ACLS or CPR/AED certification
- Availability Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with 36 hours per week dedicated to clinic duties and 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks
- Outpatient coverage, with an average of 21 patients per day
- Optional half-day Saturdays for those who desire additional hours
- Shared consultative call schedule of 1:5
- Experience overseeing NP/PA is a plus
