- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- Locums will work on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm & on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm
- 20 patients per day
- Sick and well visits and covid testing available
- No hospital privileges
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
