- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 4 – 10 patients per day
- General, spinal, epidural, OB, complex ortho, trauma, epidural, central and arterial lines
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
