- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- BLS needed
- Approximately 18 – 20 patients per day, must see all ages but will consider adult only FM or IM
- Standard primary care office procedures
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
