- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 170 – 200 surgical cases per month
- Bread & butter GS, ENT, ortho, OB/GYN, cataracts, peds dental, no ICU or critical care duties
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
