Medstaff is assisting with Psychiatry coverage for the State of NC in Raleigh.
Here are the details:
- Requires a Board Certified Psychiatrist, or recent grad ready to sit for the boards
- Must have an unrestricted NC license, DEA, clean background, and some psychiatry experience
- Will be caring for female inmates at North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women in Raleigh
- Telemedicine is not an option
- M-F, 8 am-5 pm
- No call, no weekends
- Will require an official transcript, background check, and copies of supporting documents with presentation
- Start date would be within a few weeks of acceptance and they are looking for at least a 3-month commitment, with the possibility for an extension
