- Seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the team at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital in Inverness, Florida (greater Tampa Bay area)
- Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Emergency Department sees approximately 45,000 annual patient visits
- Recently renovated ED includes 28 beds with bariatric and private room options
- EMR: Cerner
- 36 hours of physician coverage per day
- 40 hours of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage per day
- Supportive and friendly nursing staff
- No trauma designation, no OB/GYN coverage, and low pediatric volume (approximately 6%)
- High-acuity adult and senior population with strong hospitalist support
- Designated Stroke Center with tele-neurology implementation underway
- Position is classified as Independent Contractor status
