- Will be credentialed at Riverview Freestanding ED and Urgent Care at Fishers, Carmel and West Carmel, Zionsville
- Freestanding ED with Urgent Care for all three sites
- Need 20-25 shifts covered per month between all sites
- Need day and night shift coverage
- Physician shift times: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- 24 hour physician coverage, 10-20 hours of APP depending on site volumes
- 20000 annual ER volume
- 2 patients per hour
- 12 ED beds
- Responsible for responding to codes
- No scribes
- Epic EMR
