Job Description
Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking an ER physician for locum tenens coverage in Montevideo, Minnesota.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- Locum tenens ER coverage ER (no IP rounds); no second coverage
- Shift options: 24-hour shifts, 8am – 8am
- Annual volume: ranges from 3, 900 – 4, 250 (before COVID and current)
- EMR: EPIC (telephone dictation available)
- Trauma level: IV
- Timeline to credential: 30 – 60 days
PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Minnesota medical license
- Board certified or eligible: EM preferred, will accept FM/IM
- Required life support certifications: ACLS and ATLS/CALS
- Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required, exemptions may be filed. If ABEM certified, ATLS and/or CALS not required but recommended
- 3rd year residents considered
