Start date or shifts: February 24, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Daily schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch or as listed above
Practice setting: Outpatient Dental Clinic
Types of procedures: Cleanings, exams, restorative care
Number of patients: Approximately 70 per day
Ages: Pediatric patients 21 years and under
Requirements: Active Washington dental license; Medicaid at presentation preferred but application required prior to starting; minimum 2 years of pediatric dental experience
Additional information: 100% pediatric population. Solo provider model with 4 dental assistants, 2 expanded function dental assistants, and 1 clinical support provider. Credentialing process typically completed within 1–2 weeks. Mileage reimbursement available for travel. Quick credentialing process with a repeat client.
