- Breakdown of practice days: At least 2 shifts per week. 24hr/2-8s, 16/3-8s, any combination to get 36hrs a week
- # of beds: 600+
- Patient Volumes: 4-6 cases a day
- – Flexibility with availability/shift preference: 10-hour shifts accommodated – please provide availability & shift preference upon presentation
- Skills required:Thoracic, Major Vascular, Neuro, Trauma, Outpatient Surgery, PreOp, Orthopedics, Spinal Anesthesia Blocks
- Additional Staff: Care Team Model
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: Must have PA license at time of submission, NBCRNA required
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
- EM/Temps granted (3 professional references needed)
