Excellent ongoing locum opportunity at a supportive hospital-based, all-CRNA site in Northwest Indiana.
Assignment Details:

Start Date: January 21, 2026 – Ongoing

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:00p + call (3p–7a)

Call: Every night; minimal call backs (average 2–3 per month)

Setting: Hospital-based; 1 OR

Cases: General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry

Skills Required: Epidurals, spinals, and blocks

EMR: Medaxion
-
Credentialing: 60–90 days (temps available for qualified candidates)
Requirements:

Active Indiana license
-
NBCRNA certification
-
BLS, ACLS, PALS
-
Clean background and malpractice history preferred
