- No call or weekends
- 1 OR and 2 endo suites
- Case Mix: OB, endo, orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, and some pediatrics
- Team Structure: 1 MD, 3 CRNAs
- Medically directed
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
