- Mon-Fri coverage, no call or weekends
- Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts
- 14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia
- Medically directed model
- Supervision ratio- 1:4, 1:3 or 1:2 depending on complexity of cases
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: PA license, BC, ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing: 90-120 days
